CASE TOP CHALKBOARD SIGNS

Client: Hy-Vee Grocery (Content, brands, and wording displayed are property of Hy-Vee )

Hy-Vee a grocery store chain that is widely known throughout the Midwest not just for their groceries and excellent customer service, but also for their multiple eateries within each store. They serve a wide variety of freshly prepared food including Asian cuisine, fresh seafood, Italian favorites, as well as the popular American burger.

These chalkboard style signs are meant to go into frames that sit atop the cases separating the customers from the employees. Each case top chalkboard sign design corresponds with the look and feel of the culinary section that they're promoting for. All headlines were created by me.

They are 22"W x 28"H, and are usually displayed at high traffic areas such as the store entrance or checkout areas.

Iris Spa and Salon Branding Package

Client: Jessica Maher

Jessica Maher had dreamed of opening her own spa and salon ever since she graduated beauty school.  In the middle of 2015, her dream became a reality when she bought an old house that had been converted into an antique shop. Maher honored her grandmother, who helped her start the salon, by naming the salon "Iris" after her favorite flower. For the branding, I focused on creating a brand style that was clean but elegant and welcoming, much like Jessica and her grandmother.
